******IMPORTANT OPEN LETTER TO CUSHZILLA RESELLERS******

To all Cushzilla resellers:

We are currently in the middle of an intellectual property and contract dispute with Costume Evolution and are valiantly attempting various methods of resolution.

Sadly, these issues involves the products sold to you under the "Cushzilla" brand.

We are working as hard as possible to come to a fair resolution with CE without getting other entities involved.

We are also working hard towards being able to provide great items that don't infringe on anybody's intellectual property to both consumers and resellers.

Because you are entities not intentionally involved in this mess and just people trying to do business, we have left up your information on the site that we designed using our intellectual property materials and for the brand we invented.

As a show of goodwill towards you, the resellers, from us, you can still be found on the cushzilla.com reseller page and we will continue to do so as long as you are fair to us as well and let this matter stay between the companies it needs to. Of course, if you want to be removed from the page, please tell us and we will be happy to do so.

Our stance is that we don't want to involve either customers or resellers in these messy legal issues, so we hope you'll return our fair dealing with you to us and allow us to keep you out of it.

We do appreciate your patience in this matter and we really are doing our best to resolve this complex issue.
