We take all orders via PayPal. It's a great way to securely shop online.
You can use the Paypal checkout even if you don't have a Paypal account yet; just fill out a little information and you can still use a credit card or debit card via the Paypal gateway.

Our Parent company's name is "Artisan Crew" and that's where you'll see the payment going.

The following shipping estimates are from the day the order actually ships.
Special orders can take longer to process and add to the shipping time (see above).


Regular in-stock orders will usually take about 2 to 7 business days within the US to arrive at their destinations. Orders going to Canada and overseas can take much much longer. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Many of our costumes are carefully hand-sewn in Japan and then shipped to us in California so we have a very limited stock on hand.

We're also keeping limited quantities of the cat and dog wigs in stock until we figure out which are our bigger sellers so we can then order bigger lots of some rather than the sad non-selling other ones.

Items that are in stock can ship almost immediately, but certain special items (and any bulk orders) will most likely require additional processing time.

If you are ordering for an event or special occasion, please place your order well in advance as shipping can range from a few days to a month, depending on the product availability.

Shipping Methods

U.S. shipping

• Orders Under $100.00 in the U.S.: You will have the choice of USPS Priority Mail sent with tracking and insurance (a flat rate of $8.25) or UPS with tracking and insurance at a flat rate of $9.95. We find the UPS tracking to be much more reliable and really think this is worth it! You will also be able to choose expidited shipping. NOTE: UPS Ground is the fastest method for a lot of So. Cal areas since we're in So. Cal. No air to Newport Beach. There just isn't.

• Free U.S. shipping (Orders over $100): 2-10 business days for items in stock.
Free for orders over $100.00 shipped to U.S. addresses, Alaska and Hawaii included.

• UPS 2nd Day and Next day also available.

Shipping to Canada

We ship Canada items via USPS International Priority.

There is a flat rate shipping cost of $33.00 USD.
Please allow up to 48 hours from the time we send your tracking number to you until the tracking system updates and starts tracking your package, this is USPS, not us, please don't take your frustration out on us.
We do not guarantee timely arrivals of your orders. We do our best to ship quickly but we cannot control the shipping process once an item leaves our shop.

Customs: Once the package gets to your country, customs will analyze it, determine if there are duties due* (this is completely out of our hands), then pass it on to you.

• International delivery times can vary greatly!

*The Canadian Customs Department often charges duties or tariffs, and there's nothing we can do about this, sorry! Please contact your local post office for more information.

We list the cost of goods enclosed on the forms we attach which then insures the package's full value, so we won't lie about it to be safe. Please don't ask us to.

Refusing Packages

You can refuse packages.

Do remember though, if you refuse a package that you ordered, and we get it back, you will be refunded the product price minus a handling fee and our shipping if we've paid shipping. You will not be refunded shipping charges.

If we need to pay to get it out of customs, that amount will be subtracted as well.

Cushzilla Returns Policy READ CAREFULLY! IMPORTANT!

We cannot under any good conscious take back animal costumes or wigs, or any other product that has EVER touched an animal.**


**Please understand, even Goodwill won't take donations that are pet related, and they are generally filled with more good-will than we are, but they still can't accept pet items. How could we charge money for used pet items and resell them when Goodwill won't even take them for free?!

If you receive your item in the sealed package and see it through the outer wrapper and you realize that it is completely NOT what you want, put it somewhere where your pet cannot touch it. Do not tamper with the seal in any way. Put it aside and call us immediately.

You can threaten us, get angry and abusive with us, and generally trat us horribly, but still can't change this fact: we would never give anything touched by one animal to another animal.

We know each of us thinks our pet is a miracle and clean and all, but look at it this way: how would you feel about shopping with us if you thought there was even a chance the "new" item you were going to receive was actually pre-worn by another pet? Would you care if we then told you, "Oh well that's a really clean pet, it's the same as new"? No, you wouldn't care because you wouldn't risk your animal's health like that. Please do not put us in that position.

But what if Cushzilla messed up my order??

Call or email us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number, we can't take packages back without one. We'll say this again; Call or email us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number please! Also, if we've made a mistake, we cover return shipping of course.


If the fault is ours we will do anything we can to find a way to take it back and make things right.

If an incorrect size or item was sent to you, or your item has a defect, we will cover the shipping costs to return the item to us, as well as the costs of sending you the correct item.

• We check all items in outgoing orders for visible defects and accuracy before sending them out. If you find that we've missed something, we will gladly replace the item or refund you on its return.

• Please make sure your order is correct before taking it out of its packaging.

If you've received a damaged item, or the wrong item was sent to you, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and let us know the issue with your order, and we will take care of it ASAP. Please write us or call us for instructions.

To prevent ordering the wrong thig: Sizing / Color / Fiber Info

• Please read all sizing information located on each individual page before ordering to help ensure accurate fit.

• We work very hard to accurately represent the color, sizing & integrity of the items. Colors can be tricky as monitors can vary in tone quite a bit; my navy may look bluer to you, etc.

We NEVER give out or sell your information to other vendors or institutions or anything not related to shipping.

We value your privacy & security. We NEVER sell or give your information to anyone else or add you to our mailing with out you opting in. We do share your address and phone number with the shipping company (UPS or USPS) so they can deliver the package to you, that's it, unless we ask you first and you give us permission.
